September 15, 2015  -  FDA has now published the Draft Guidance for Industry: A Labeling Guide for Restaurants and Retail Establishments Selling Away-From-Home Foods – Part II (Menu Labeling Requirements in Accordance with 21 CFR 101.11) which was released on September 11, 2015.

This Draft Guidance relates to the Final Rules published in December 2014 and the additional Federal Register Notice (80 FR 39675 July 10, 2015) extending the Compliance date to December 1, 2016.
