The USDA's Food Safety Inspection Service ("FSIS") has issued new standards for control of Salmonella and Campylobacter in poultry. Attached below is the March 16 Press Release as well as an Advance Copy of the Federal Register Notice which will issue later this week.

Additionally, we have posted a January 18 letter from the Centers of Disease Control ("CDC") which provides estimates of the prevalence of Salmonella and Campylobacter illnesses with poultry related etiologies.
